What is an appty link?
Claim getappty.com/yourname in a couple of minutes.
An appty link is your own booking address on Appty, written as getappty.com/yourname. Clients open it to see your services, pick an open time, book a session or a spot in a class, and pay, all on one page, with no app to download and no account to create.
Think of it as the place your "book me" button should go. Instead of "DM me for times", you send one link, and the booking happens on the page.
Where the name comes from
Appty is booking and payments for solo service providers: tutors, coaches, trainers, yoga and fitness instructors, music teachers, lash, nail and beauty pros, and small studios. Every provider gets a personal link, and that link is the appty link.
It's meant to be as easy to ask for as any other link you swap with clients: "send me your appty link" means "send me the page where I can book you".
What clients see when they open it
- Who you are. Your name, what you do and a short line about you.
- Your services. Each one shows its length and price.
- Open times only. Times come from the availability you set, so nobody can pick a slot you don't offer.
- Your group classes, if you run them, with spots left.
- A simple way to pay. Card at booking, or pay later, pay at venue, e-transfer or monthly invoice, depending on what you turn on for each service.
After booking, the client gets an email confirmation with their own links to manage the booking. No password, no app.
An address, not a listing
A marketplace listing puts you on a page next to everyone else who does what you do. An appty link is yours alone. Marketplaces rent you customers; your appty link gives you an address.
That matters most for providers whose booking button goes nowhere real today: a WhatsApp chat, Instagram DMs, a contact form or a phone number. Those all start a conversation. An appty link ends it with a confirmed booking.
How to get your appty link
Setup takes a few steps, and you can start free.
- Claim your name. Sign up and pick the name that goes after getappty.com/. Most people use their business name or their own name.
- Add a service. Give it a name, a length in minutes and a price. One service is enough to start taking bookings.
- Set your availability. Choose the days and hours clients can book. Only those times show on your link.
- Choose how clients pay. Connect Stripe to take card payments when clients book, or offer pay later, pay at venue, e-transfer or monthly invoice instead.
- Share it everywhere. Copy your link from the dashboard and paste it into your Instagram bio, WhatsApp, email signature, website and Google Business Profile.
Where to put your appty link
Anywhere a client might ask "how do I book you?":
- Your Instagram, TikTok or other social bio
- WhatsApp status and your saved quick replies
- Your email signature and invoices
- Your website's "Book now" button
- Your Google Business Profile, so people can book from Search and Maps (see how to add it)
- Flyers and business cards
How Appty makes it easy
Your appty link and your dashboard are two sides of the same thing. When a client books through the link, the session lands in your calendar and in your client list. You can also book someone yourself from the dashboard and send them the confirmation.
Email reminders and receipts go out on their own. Invoices, monthly statements and a clear view of who has paid and who still owes sit in the same place, so the money side doesn't live in a separate spreadsheet.
If you rename your link later, the old address forwards to the new one, so links in past posts and messages keep working. If you want to see which bookings came from where, add a tag such as ?utm_source=google_business to the link you paste on each channel; it opens the same page.
You can also run your bookings by chatting with Claude: ask what's on this week, or get a booking link for a specific time to paste to a client. See Use Appty with Claude.

- Do my clients need the Appty app or an account?
- No. Clients book, pay, reschedule or cancel from links in the browser. There's no app to download and no password to create.
- How much does an appty link cost?
