Use Appty with Claude

Run your bookings by chatting with Claude. Connect Appty once, then ask in plain words. Claude shows a preview before it changes a booking, and it never moves money.

Add Appty to Claude

Add the Appty connector, approve access, and ask from the chat.

1. Add the connector. Open Claude and add Appty. The button on this page takes you there.
2. Sign in when needed. If Claude asks how to connect, choose “Sign in when needed”, then log in to Appty and click Approve.
3. Start free if you are new. No account yet? You can start free when you sign in. After you approve, open your dashboard to add a service and copy your link.

Three things to try

Use these prompts. They are the ones Appty can do from the chat.

"What's on this week?" shows your bookings.

"Move Ava's Thursday session to Friday at 4pm." Claude shows a preview and only moves it after you confirm. The client is not emailed automatically.

"Get me a booking link for a 60-minute session on Friday at 4pm." Claude can't send messages. It gives you the link to paste to your client. The client confirms and pays on Appty.

What else it can do

You can also ask for open times, your client list, and who owes you. You can book or cancel a session, with a preview first. Claude never moves money.
