This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to service providers, clients, parents, and visitors. If you break it, we may suspend or close access, including a service provider account.
Illegal services
Do not offer, book, or pay for a service that is illegal.
Fraud and fake bookings
Do not use a stolen card, make a booking you do not intend to honour, or pretend to be someone else.
Harassment
Do not harass or threaten a service provider, a client, a parent, or anyone working on Appty, through the product or in messages sent with it.
Spam
Do not use Appty messaging or email to send spam or other unsolicited bulk messages.
Restricted businesses
Do not use Appty for a business that appears on Stripe's restricted businesses list.
Security and scraping
Do not scrape the service in a way that degrades it, probe it for weaknesses, bypass access controls, or upload malware or other harmful files.
What we may do
We may look into a report, remove material, and suspend or end access. Where the law requires it, or where there is serious harm, we may tell Stripe or the relevant authorities. We do not promise a particular warning period before we act.
